Requirements

Experience. You’ve shipped software before on multiple platforms and know how to balance the needs of product managers, engineers, and users.
Ownership. You can own a holistic vision of a feature and can clearly identify and scope the problem at hand, defining the “what” in addition to the “how.”
Adaptability. You can test hypotheses and shepherd your ideas through multiple iterations of validation and development.
Facilitation. You’ve navigated the complexities of software development organizations, and can facilitate discussions to challenge assumptions, give critical feedback, and drive consensus.
Communication. You speak the language of the user, and can create interfaces with discoverable affordances that have clear to calls to action and a clean visual hierarchy.
Tools. You’re able to sketch and mock up your design ideas with the right tool for the job, and ideally can bring them to life using prototyping tools.
Bonus

Experience in ad products or platforms, subscription products, and connected devices are a plus.
