We are looking for an experienced senior project manager to own the global roll out and operationalization of a large corporate partnership. This role will liaise with various senior stakeholders around the world at SFX corporate, SFX subsidiaries, our corporate partner, and their marketing and media agencies. This is a very complex project and has no precedent. Nothing like this has ever been done before, this is a chance to make a real impact! This position is based in our New York City headquarters and may require some domestic and international travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide full service project management for a project with global span
Manage the various work flows and deliverables around the following:
o ticketing

o product development

o product marketing

o sales enablement

o loyalty and rewards program development

o data warehousing

o digital and social marketing

o experiential brand activation

Work closely with senior-level internal and client resources on a daily basis
Play a lead role in building and shaping SFX’s overall project management practices


10 years of formal project management experience with at least 2+ years of experience within the music/entertainment or financial services vertical.
Strong understanding of the functions and purpose of a PMO.
Working knowledge in all aspects of the system development life cycle and project life cycle
Excellent ability to create clear presentations and deliver ideas in a consumable way.
Self-directed, polished, client-facing professional who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment.
Proven ability to estimate task duration and level of effort for all project resources.
Proven ability to negotiate and implement cross-departmental initiatives.
Ability to identify and close issues quickly and effectively.
Critical thinker with strong analytical, data management and problem solving skills.
Current knowledge of project management best practices.
Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
Established track record of delivery in a high stress, complex environment against aggressive timelines
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
BA/BS in Business Management, Communications, MIS, or related field.
PMP certification (preferred).
Language skills with Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese a bonus.
Expertise with leading project management software tools, processes, and reporting practices (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, BaseCamp, MS Project and Project Server).
Experience with experiential marketing/activation and digital marketing/media.
Knowledge and passion for the electronic dance music (EDM) scene and culture.
Working knowledge and understanding around the various operational components of our businesses: ticketing, live event production, experiential brand marketing and activation, digital media, social media marketing, music retail and DJ culture (e.g. Beatport), merchandising, etc.
Track record of attention to detail while owning the successful implementation of multiple work streams.
Experience managing global projects applying awareness to cross-cultural nuances.
