Overview

Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of sales and marketing promotions within digital accounts by securing necessary approvals and coordinating necessary paperwork with Business Affairs
Maintain promotional toolkit and live promotions schedule
Run various statistical and ad hoc reports
Manage, update and distribute digital release schedule
Distribute digital and physical prerelease materials, such as music, photos, distribution lists, etc.
Maintain and update artist brand/presence/product within the online retail channel
Collaborate with artist management, radio staff, and music buyers to facilitate artist appearances with retail
Coordinate marketing efforts with online retailers; carry through the details of promotions with accounts
Maintain, build, and distribute direct-to-consumer properties
Review and manage final video edits to ensure content follows standard requirements
Coordinate mobile and streaming accounts
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in business/e-commerce/marketing/economics/business/advertising preferred
At least 1 year of professional experience in related field required
Experience in account management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field preferred
Intermediate Excel skills
Music business experience a plus
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); proven professional interpersonal skills a must
