The primary function of this role is to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders in order to improve organizational capability through the provision of focused and targeted L&D interventions.
Responsibilities:
Under guidance of L&D manager, organize and schedule various learning solutions to meet the needs of Sony Music US
Maintain schedule of Learning & Development (L&D) activities in the US
Provide event support ( ie room booking, catering, managing attendance) on learning initiatives
Produce materials for L&D events
Where appropriate, assist with managing 3rd party suppliers to design, deliver and evaluate learning and development initiatives according to identified L&D needs
Maintain accurate L&D record systems for tracking attendance and feedback
Provide input into regular reports and updates to HR partners on L&D programs and initiatives e.g. ROI, records, etc
Liaise with global L&OD team and domestic HR partners to support the diagnoses of L&D needs and plan the learning schedule to respond to these
Where appropriate, give input to design and delivery of learning and development initiatives according to identified L&D needs e.g. new starter induction
Qualifications:
Interest in the field of Learning & Development
1-2 years experience in Learning & Development in a Corporate Environment desirable
Intermediate level of Excel knowledge preferred
Customer focused
Strong interpersonal and rapport building skills
Effective communication skills (listening, asking questions, influencing and negotiating)
Strong ability to multi-task

The Coordinator will be involved with all aspects of project marketing and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the SVP of International Marketing.
