Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Build and improve continuous integration and continuous deployment infrastructure.
Build test frameworks to make our automation efforts easier for programmers.
Build advanced automated test suites.
Work closely with the development teams to automate testing.
Help with coding/refactoring if required.
Evaluate and analyse test results.
Train and mentor other team members in test areas.
Define acceptance criteria in close collaboration with the product owner and engineers.
Requirements:

Solid understanding of Agile software development & practices associated with building robust applications, including unit/functional automated testing, continuous integration and software design/architecture.
Experience with automated test frameworks. (We use Robotium, Frank, Capybara, Watir and Selenium, for example.)
Significant experience with test-driven development as well as integration testing.
You have knowledge of standard test frameworks, static analyzers and code coverage tools.
Programming skills in object oriented languages like Java, Objective C or Ruby
Experience in Agile software development
