Interacting with the security research community around our Responsible Disclosure program.
Cultivating and advocating a security-positive culture
Required skills and experience:

Ability to collaborate with various engineering teams to resolve security issues
Fundamental understanding of web application and web architecture security
Expertise in at least one scripting language, preferably Ruby or Python
Experience with secure network design and implementation
Experience with web application security assessment and design
Experience with security in Amazon Web Services
Bonus:

Familiarity with one or more of the following languages: Java, Ruby, Scala, Go
Experience with anomaly detection and intrusion detection/prevention systems
Experience securing an MVC environment such as Ruby on Rails
Experience with analysis of large data sets from a security and auditing perspective
