Requirements:
Practical experience working in a large scale production environment
Relevant work experience in a hands-on technical management or tech lead role.
Experience in any three of: C/C++, Go, Ruby/Python, Linux administration, TCP/IP Networking, System Automation, and Configuration Management.
Large scale system lifecycle management.
Strong communications skills
Bonus:
4 years of relevant hands-on technical management experience of software and/or systems engineers.
Experience recruiting and managing a team of high caliber engineers.
Experience building a fully automated high scale systems management stack.
