Being part of the world’s largest social sound platform, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to help keep the Community at the heart of everything that SoundCloud creates.
Play a key role in growing and improving our culture/framework of great customer service
Support and advise our Community, primarily via written channels (email, Twitter, etc.)
Act as a passionate internal advocate for the SoundCloud Community
Be fulfilled by solving problems for others (community & product) and enjoy providing excellent customer service
You’re a self-starter (especially when encountering difficult situations)
You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in native-level English (additional languages welcome)
You care, you’re considerate and detail-oriented
You’re extremely well organized

You have completed a University degree or a professional education
