Fast paced and growing Nightclub/Restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip is seeking a full-time HR Administrator. Must have a strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, and must be comfortable with working in a fast paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Job Duties:

Provide administrative support to the HR team

Assist with payroll process

Assist in the hiring process/orientations

Maintain employee files; Ensure 100% compliance

Maintain office organization, filing, supply orders

Assist all employees with HR related questions

Answer phone calls and employee requests

Generate monthly compliance reports

Complete yearly governmental reports

Assist with recruitment activities

Assist Director of HR with administrative needs and company reporting needs

Ability to multi task & follow up

Detail oriented

Extremely strong skill set in Word and Excel

HRIS experience

Ability to communicate with staff and upper management (both verbal and written)

Ability to maintain confidential matters
High School Diploma or GED + 1-3 years experience required
