Overview:
The Assistant, Strategic Insights & Research & D2C co-reports to the VP, D2C & VP, Strategic Insights & Research. This role is responsible for providing general administrative support to the 2 departments.

Responsibilities
• Manage calendar and scheduling/coordinating meetings, conference calls,
travel, and expenses for two senior executives
• Help manage department budgets, invoicing, vendor agreements,
distribution lists, and research tracking sheets and notes
• Compile, edit, and distribute recurring reports across two departments within UMGD
• Assist the Strategic Insights & Research department in programming and coding
surveys, setting up sentiment monitors, newsletters, presentations,
and miscellaneous research needs
• Assist the Direct-to-Consumer department in asset and offer management
across a wide-array of clients
• Coordinate case studies and best practices suggestions for labels and
management across two departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Requirements
• 1-2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Must have a high-level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook,
Word, Excel, and Mac equivalents such as keynote and pages
• Driven to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with a keen sense of detail
• Organized, efficient, and comfortable working at all levels of the organization
and with various clients
• Persuasive, articulate, and a strong communicator
• Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision, exercising strong business acumen
• Self-starter, highly motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills

Desired Skills/Experience
• Basic Photoshop, HTML, CMS, SPSS or statistical software equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with major consumer market research tools and analytics and social platforms a plus (e.g., Comscore, Omniture, Google Analytics, Next Big Sound, Facebook Insights, etc.,)
