Overview
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Manage and Increase effectiveness and Efficiency of Sales, Production Dept, Customer Service Dept and HR functions
Establish and Implement departmental goals, procedures and policies
Reports directly to VP of Operations
SALES/MARKETING
Assist in meeting the sales target set within the given deadline with restricted territory, and accounts
Assist in developing new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth
Assist in maintaining long lasting customer relationships
Generate reports based on facts to be presented before the senior managers
Create procedures and assisting in Customer Demand through Data Analysis
Monitor and enforce Sales Order chargebacks
Seek out new customers, and sales opportunities to help build up the business
VerifyInvoices are accurate and signed off on timely
PRODUCTION
Works with Director of Production to Ensure Purchase and Production orders are created, processed, monitored and completed timely
Assist in Negotiation of pricing while pursuing cost reductions
Responsible for Inventory Control Processes including cycle counts and Multi-warehouse stocking and replenishment
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Overseeing Accurate order entry and processing of all customer related requests including managing order entry deadlines
Communicate internally on issues that appear to jeopardize the ability to ship complete to assist sales and to make sound decisions
Develop strong product knowledge skills
Exercise ability to solve customer issues that does not compromise sales opportunities while supporting a strong customer retention management policy
HUMAN RESOURCES
Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
Maintains staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
WAREHOUSE
Monitor Distribution and handling of Bravado Merchandise and confirm services that are paid for are completed efficiently
