OVERVIEW

 Vice is looking for an experienced Production Manager who will oversee the business and financial aspects for an upcoming new music platform that will focus on the artist and their audiences’ live music experience.

 

 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Tracking all invoices and deal memos

·      Overseeing all costs spent in production & post-production

·      Maintaining all shooting & edit schedules


·      Responsible for disseminating information to crew & staff


·      Responsible for a comprehensive wrap out of the show



·      Working with licensing and legal for rights management

·      Any additional duties as directed by immediate supervisor or designee

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 ·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in live music experience a must, as is knowledge of the current global media environment

·      Knowledge of budgeting & actualizing


·      5 years of experience in production management at a well regarded network or cable network or digital production company (or equivalent)


·      Excellent research skills

·      Ability to persuade via written and verbal communication

·      Ability to work in a Mac work environment

·      Ability to deal with changing priorities

·      Language skills are a plus

·      Willingness/ability to travel
