VIP MARKETING HOST – Temple Nightclub San Francisco 

POSITION SUMMARY:  The VIP Marketing Host generates revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests.  The VIP Marketing Host is responsible for the quality of service offered to patrons of Temple Nightclub by effectively handling guest complaints and discrepancies, assuring all guests are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.

 

The VIP Marketing Host facilitates all guest reservation requests promptly and without error, ensures guests are aware of events and supports the execution of them, maintains high level of visibility throughout the facility, and builds guest loyalty by exceeding all expectations in service and dependability. The VIP Marketing Host will report to all scheduled duties in a timely manner and collaborate with all departments to ensure total guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Maintain a minimum TBD number in sales from VIP table reservations at assigned venue.  (This is the sum of all table reservation sub-totals.)
  • Have a minimum number of guests checked in on the VIP guest list per week
  • Book a minimum of two VIP table reservations, at a Temple Nightclub, a week
  • All VIP table reservations must be entered in to UrVenue including; the guests full name, cell number, and email address.  Reservations without complete information will not be counted towards the minimum requirements and individual commissions will not be paid
  • All assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks must be completed per management’s request
  • Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent  required
  • 2+ years in the nightlife industry
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 21+ years of age
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Temple standards

WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:         

  • Proficient in Windows Office, Microsoft Office, Mac OSX, POS systems
  • Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the severity of which depends upon Guest volume
  • Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays
