Overview

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years relevant experience 
• Must possess diploma/ Degree in Technical or Mechanical engineering or any other professional certificate in related field
• Must be able to lead/ supervise a team of technicians 
• Vast knowledge in Maintenance, upkeep of building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, air-cond system, sound and lighting 
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and preferably audio layout drawings too 
• Responsible to arrange periodical repair and maintenance of equipments in the club and co-ordinate any servicing with vendors 
• Responsible to maintain proper inventory list and record for better control and minimise wastage..
