1997-2014 Founder/Ceo

By July of 2012 there are 143 issues of Adrenalin Magazine published (www.adrenalin.si). Since 1997 we as a firm are dedicated to complete coverage of the action sports industry; Surfing, Skateboarding, BMX, Motocross, Skiing, Snowboarding and more. We don’t just report news; you are out looking to break news. Whether it’s film, video, TV, music, or live action events we’re there to cover it. In the group I was developing business and marketing strategies, PR activity and direction of advertising campaigns. I was active in the field of selling advertising space of magazine Adrenalin and its promotional activities. I was responsible for the editorial work flow, managing more than 20 journalists and photographer. I have motivated my collaborators and tried to utilize all their characteristics and their productivity positively. Last year we created internet radio Adrenalin.fm. Radio provides broadcasts from all over the world with DJ mixes covering techno, house and alternative club music. This station was set up to demonstrate the power of audio streaming to give talented Djs and producers the chance to be broadcasted around the world. ADRENALIN.FM is designed to ensure that listeners will enjoy the best experience with our program. The community brings a wealth of new pointers. We as the internet broadcaster are committed to continuously improve the quality of the shows and to air sets created by the community. Our major Partners are Red Bull and MTV.

Klub K4 is described as the Best party place in the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana by the international IYP magazine. We are the Electronic music Avant-Garde! Since this position includes overseeing everyday operations of a business establishment, bookkeeping and marketing are all a part of my responsibilities. Thus, I need to understand various principles of management, business and finance. Strong customer service and communication skills for interacting with patrons and supervising staff are also essential. This job is involving a lot of personal interaction, and interaction with a variety of people.

Elektronabava (www.elektronabava.si) is the leading Slovenian specialized distributor of electrical supplies, which has been for the past 60 years serving markets such as electric power utilities, power generation and distribution industry, non-residential construction, telecommunications and residential construction. As head of marketing department I was in charge of aligning business development activities with the company’s strategic plan, developing and executing events and promotions, defining, developing and disseminating product messages, value propositions, and positioning, creating marketing materials including sales material, presentations and other related documents, developing marketing and sales tools for internal and external use including ROI tools, product demos and other related tools, managing cross-functional teams and resources necessary to ensure the successful and timely definition, release, and ongoing enhancement of marketing materials, con- ceptualizing, managing and executing marketing campaigns, including writing copy for marketing programs, as well as forecasting, testing/measuring of results and effective- ness of each campaign, preparing analytical data concerning forecasting, conversion, ROI and marketing program effectiveness, performing research, creating proposals and developing other marketing programs, such as advertising/media opportunities for the company and its products. On daily bases I was conducting industry research and analysis to attain a strong understanding of competitive benchmarks, trends, opportunities, crea- tive executions and customer expectations, acquiring new customers through targeted media and campaigns, analyzing daily performance trends with existing distribution channels to optimize volume, price and target to maximize ROI (google analytics, sales reports, etc.) Collaborating with sales department to define requirements for new part- nerships, features and marketing initiatives.

I was engaged with Atribut Ltd. (www.novisplet.com), the internet solutions agency as a marketing and project manager. Since internet is an important marketing medium and a tool for web appearance, it also represents modern communication with contemporary consumers and an efficient promotion for the company on the web. I made sure that efficient web communication and pleasant user experience were the most important advantage of websites we have designed. We’ve designed websites that added value. End of story.
