Experience
T.J. Maxx 7/17-present
I was recruited to T.J. Maxx by an employee who had seen my work with a previous company. At T.J. Maxx I am an Assistant Store Manager where I oversee a team of 45 employees on two floors of the downtown Seattle location. I am responsible for maintaining overall satisfaction and customer experience in the store. A large part of my job is making sure that all employees are performing to company standards which is reflected mainly on meeting a credit card application goal and a daily sales goal.

Carters 7/14-7/17
At Carters I was the Assistant Store Manager of Carters Babies and Kids. I was responsible for all areas of the store including leading a team of 20 associates or more, pricing, signing, merchandising, hiring, sales statistics and goals, displays, cleanliness of the store, opening and closing, stockroom organization, processing freight, and floor sets every two weeks. I have lead my team as the Store Manager of Carters for over 8months and also have experience with their co brand Oshkosh. I began my career with Carters as a Part Time Supervisor and have continued to advance positions.

JcPenneys 10/06-7/14
My specialty at Penny’s was merchandising and visual coordination. I was responsible for all areas and departments of the store by maintaining all mannequin looks, posters, displays, as well as cleanliness and aesthetic of the store. At that time I was the team leader of 6 employees to ensure all pricing and signing was accurate and up to date using online inventory systems, and worked with Apple products to conduct monthly floor sets for all departments of the store. I processed and merchandised shipment from trucks and was responsible for the accuracy of placement with collections on the sales floor. At JcPenneys, I started out as a sales associate working in every department of the store including shoes and online catalog orders.
