Briefly, I’ve earned my B.S. from California State University, Northridge in Hospitality and Tourism Management. For over 5 years i’ve gotten experience in management and supervision in the hospitality industry. I’m exceedingly efficient in promoting a positive attitude, productive environment and reputation for excellence and high quality service to clients. Responsibilities begin with serving as an supervisor for all kitchen operations. Served as a lead line cook since restaurants grand opening in 2013 and made my way to an official supervisor in 9 months. Experience includes; boiling, breading, frying, prepping, making sauces, cutting and prepping meats and fruits. I have experience in fast-pace environments, making quick on-the-spot decisions, creativity solving problems and ensuring quality products are being produced.

My path began as a general team member for a competitive dance team out of Cal State University Northridge. After 19 months of extensive dance and leadership training I attained the Executive Position. My responsibilities included; coordinating rehearsals and performances, sitting on the Sports Clubs Executive Council Committee, Coordinating and Producing 3 Annual Dance Charity Showcases at the college and facilitating and coordinating 5 annual Leadership Retreats.
