Responsibilities:  Implemented Demand Solutions planning and forecasting software for licensed (NFL,NCAA,NHL,MLB); Performed system and reporting modifications; Designed and Implemented custom demand planning reporting system; Drove forecasting and inventory planning for all categories; Ensured corporate objectives were being met by developing corporate metrics to monitor product coverage, inventory turns, and margin targets; Recommended corrective actions to minimize closeouts and maximize inventory turns; Drove monthly buying process; Worked closely with NTS CFO and NTS President on analyzing NFL joint venture.

Key Accomplishments: Implemented new demand planning software.  This implementation entailed utilizing data warehouse and MS Access extensively.  The planning system resulted in increasing inventory turns from 1 to 4 and a key contributor to Nike Team Sports winning the Alberto Salazar Award which is the highest team award given at Nike.  Developed bill of materials system for NFL blanks to drive NFL blank jersey buy plan with ArtFX (NFL jersey embellisher).  The new program resulted in increased inventory turns, profitability and customer satisfaction.  Also developed a program to evaluate new business ventures based on cash flow, income and return on investment.  Additionally, performed all custom programming and design of an automated purchase order system eliminating PO data entry.
