High volume gentleman’s club on Bourbon Street. I was responsible for inventory control and liquor ordering. I was expected to maintain a tidy, stocked bar. At this bar I was tasked with creating the signature cocktail “The Kama Sutra” which changed weekly.

High volume Latin and urban nightclub. I was responsible for basic club bartending duties. This including placing hookah orders and food orders when certain events required it. I was also responsible for making sure the clubs cocktails were premixed and ready to go.
