Mission Statement: This is my personal ongoing project that I am currently working on. LIVIN is an Event Production Company that allows Humane Acts & Large Music Events to coexist; Where Music Meets World. Our goal is to bring the world the most unique events with some of the largest names in music and to give an experience that brings out the rare in people. We strive on interactive events that allow the event goer a chance to be part of something greater & give back to what they are involved in. We are currently in the START-UP phase but still a personal ongoing project.

Hosted our first event on October 9th, 2014 at The Elk Tower Underground Lounge in Sacramento, CA. Very small time event but we collaborated with the Greek Life at CSUS and hosted a club like event. DJs, lighting, dance floor, decoration and full bar. As LIVIN we handled the face to face interaction with the venue, DJs, ticket sales reps, bartending team etc. LIVIN also advertised the event through social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter. We had a 200 maximum capacity and we sold all 200 tickets, and made a profit of nearly $3000 (that includes bar/tickets and after we paid for the booking of the venue)

TAO is a Artist Management Company. We look over different talents, such as Chromeo, Death From Above 1979, Tears For Fears, Portugal. The Man, and many more. My title as intern was also known as Assistant to the Day to Day Manager and covered many different duties at TAO.
Performed many clerical duties, from spreadsheets, budgeting, and file organization of the bands.
Assisted in counseling and advising of our artists on all matters related to their musical careers
Involved in hands-on approaches and creative idea thinking regarding helping their clients reach fans directly, and assisting clients in running their own recording, publishing, merchandising, social media and performing/touring operations.
Oversee social medias and coordinate specific release marketing/advertising plans on social media sites
Assist in the coordination of talent scheduling, creative approvals, marketing schemes
Assist in creative ideas on how to further expand the artist’s beyond the music – involvement in other avenues
Create weekly marketing, radio, PR, social media, calendar reports
Projects: Portugal. The Man Corona Tour 2014 Dossier: One of the projects I completed was a complex dossier of Australia for the band Portugal. The Man. They had a Corona Tour in Australia throughout November and needed a complete document covering the bests of Australia. The Dossier covered all the basis of Australia; the most interesting, cultural and experience remembering things to do in AUS. It covered the social medias of multiple restaurants, bars, radio stations, art galleries, museums, events happening in AUS, etc, so the band would know where to market themselves at and be able to communicate via social media to fans and possible future business ventures. -
