Caring for clientele to provide a warm and welcoming environment.

Began as a sales intern with a focus on expanding the company’s music event coordinating department, performing market research on the music industry as well as film, television, sports, and fine arts sectors.
Hired in the administrative department, answering and directing calls, participating in staff meetings, entering client needs into company database, creating financial spreadsheets to determine company productivity, and assisting the housing, sports, film/television, and accounting departments with various tasks.

Broadcasted weekly program, using materials such as vinyl, CD, auxiliary, DadPro, etc.
Kept logs of all broadcasted material and recorded a physical copy of first several shows for training purposes.
Worked closely with station Music Directors, assisting in reviewing albums, organizing the station library, reporting album feedback to content submitters, and logging fellow programmers’ playlists using Spinitron.
