Bartender/Manager – PBR @ BallPark Village, Saint Louis, MO – 01/17 – 12/17
PBR at BallPark Village is a high paced, high volume bar/nightclub located right in the heart of downtown Saint Louis and right across the street from Busch Stadium. PBR STL is also the highest revenue earning PBR in the United States. Being in such a prime location, PBR is always packed with both local clientele and tourists. I currently bartend there and am also the bar manager. I love being able to bartend as well as manage the bar. It gives me such a great aspect on whats working and whats not working.
Bartender/Manager – Tongue and Groove Nightclub, Atlanta, GA – 05/15 – 11/16
Tongue and Groove Nightclub is Atlanta’s best nightclub, with the highest volume bar in the city. Open 5 days a week, ranging in hip-hop, latin, EDM and top 40 music, I have dealt with every type of crowd and have always been their highest ringing bartender. I have a very adaptable personality and can quickly adapt to any situation I am in.

Worked as a team with my assigned cocktail waitress as well as other beverage runners and cocktail waitresses to provide guests with the Tao Group sequence of service standards. Prepped my area with necessary supplies in order to run as efficiently as possible. Provided the table with proper set ups, and maintained my area to a high level of presentation. Foundation Room nightclub is a high-volume nightclub and lounge inside the Mandalay Bay Casino. Responsibilities were to serve mostly specialty cocktails along with various imported beer and various exotic wines.
Barback – LAVO Nightclub, Las Vegas, NV 08/08 – 02/09
Assisted bartender by cleaning and stocking the bar with liquor, ice, glassware, beer and garnishes as well as refilling supplies and equipment at the bar. Stored and stocked the wines and bottled beers in the refrigerator and changed empty beer kegs. Was in charge of putting away inventory and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar.
