Publicity Coordinator

Create and maintain selection of press clips and media kits for roster of 25 high-profile artists, manage distribution to prominent media outlets, and directly manage artists’ press and marketing project budgets.  Manage relationships with over 100 press and media outlets to identify and leverage publicity opportunities to build artists’ brand. Engage artists’ management teams to edit and disseminate weekly press releases to over 3,200 industry contacts including Rolling Stone, Billboard, Conde Nast, and top television personalities and influencers.  Support senior Publicity staff, coordinate meetings, manage office scheduling, arrange travel, and manage expenses.  Interview, evaluate, and supervise publicity department interns.

Key Projects:

  •  Oversaw artist relations, glam, and catering for Zara Larsson’s photo and video shoot for Billboards’ “21 Under 21” feature.
  • Planned and executed Meghan Trainor’s album listening party including overseeing logistics, security, and catering.
  • Created and distributed pitches for Morgan Saint, Tom Walker and Lauren Sanderson, securing national press for their respective tours including interviews and feature pieces.
