Create custom instrumentals for theme songs, music albums, promotional videos, and concerts.  Draft contracts for original musical instrumentals and create terms of agreements for exclusive use and leasing of original music instrumentals for artists, bloggers, DJs and other clients. Handle issues pertaining to copyright law and intellectual property protection. Maintain YouTube music channel with over 49,000 subscribers dating back to 2010. Signed to Fulton Yard Unlimited (FYU) from 2013-2015 as beat writer. FYU is credited with production credits including Usher, Earth, Wind and Fire, OutKast, T.L.C., Janet Jackson, and Wu-Tang Clan.
