Assistant Producer
Trained under and assisted Production Lead with logistics and distribution of information to and from the client, performers, vendors, and guests. Created and submitted contracts and invoices as well as packed and unpacked costumes and props. Organized the office, costume, and prop rooms. Obtained footage after performances from Photographers and Videographers, then labeled and organized on company’s Dropbox. Cleaned and organized Warehouse Headquarters as well as created Email Newsletters, website updates, and assisted the Social Media Department.
Production Coordinator
Along with the above duties, created and updated budgets for every job with the Director, collected and submitted receipts, and deposited checks from the clients. Created show flows and show tech sheets for Main Stage shows, secured sleeping arrangements and meals, and submitted legal names for Credentials.

Processed incoming merchandise during early morning and late night shifts. Ran go backs and set/replenished shops according to new promotions and sales. Organized clearance areas according to sizes and price points. Set new promotional signage and marked down clearance items. Cleaned store while recovering the sales floor and assisting customers.

Helped set up the new store by setting merchandise and displays for two weeks. Cashier duties included suggestive selling while being quick and efficient, cleaning and restocking registers while slow, and helping customers with large purchases to their car. Sales Lead duties included greeting customers, recovering sales floor, down stocking, checking in and helping customers, and answering service calls while signing up customers for the World Market Explorer program on hand held devices and at the register. Beverage Back up duties included dusting and straightening, checking signage, placing orders for wine on CRUSH and beer on AS400, communication vendors, receiving beverage deliveries, giving directions to merchandisers for placement and back stocking, rearranging displays for back stock, promotions and new sets, and receiving deliveries on computer while assisting customers and signing them up for the WME beverage prices.
