My name is Rodney Williams, I currently live in the San Francisco Bay area. I am really interested in possibly pursuing a future career with the company or at least getting more experience in the music festival industry. My main interest would be in on site event management or booking/artist relations.

I currently promote and help with events for LED which is based out of San Diego. I have helped with the promotions and on site at the events. I recently helped with Crssdfest this past weekend in San Diego and it hit me that this is something that I really love and want to be part of a company that will allow me to go further.

I also previously worked at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, CA where I was an operations supervisor where I put together employee events and worked with ensuring guest special events ran smooth on site.

While in high school at Jesse M. Bethel I was Marching band leadership. I assisted with coordinating Vallejo marching and drum line competitions. I was assigned a crew and task which included checking in bands, escorting bands to and from competition zones, set up and vendor communication.

Event working has been a big part of my life and I am looking to pursue that further.
