· Assisted the director of record project systems and business warehouse reporting by reorganizing the companies library into an SAP Software
· Conducted administrative duties for the companies facilities and Human Resources departments by answering the companies main phone lines and directing callers throughout multiple departments, as well as reserving conference rooms and meeting areas
Complete Control Management (Brooklyn, NY, Intern) September 2012 – March 2013
· Enhanced the day to day management of several high profile producers and djs by supporting managers with travel, artist research, merchandise, and radio
· Streamlined the company’s A&R process by designing a central document for the department containing global music charts, prospective artist information, and a company wide artist calendar for The Greater New York Area
· Organized and executed Artist radio shows for Sirius XM by creating track list spreadsheets, Artist Podcasts, as well as editing audio for global broadcast
Musical Freedom (Brooklyn, NY, Intern) September 2012 – January 2013
· Contributed to the labels website launch by aggregating and organizing all artist data, provided blog entries to the site’s homepage, as well as collaborating extensively with developers in the final stages
· Improved artist information intake by collecting social media data weekly and organizing it into a central document, as well as tracking global sales of “Dance (RED), Save Lives”
· Controlled and maintained 3 company email accounts which included sorting demo submissions, Organizing and replying to licensing requests and dealing with all general label inquiries
Heavy Rotation Records (Boston, MA, A&R Executive, Label Supervisor) January 2012-August 2012
· Advised a group of seven in the A&R selection process for the label’s latest release, Dorm Sessions 8, by creating marketing and advertisement plans as well as conceiving themes and designs for all promotional materials and social media platforms-
· Managed over 200 e-mails at a time in the A&R department by formulating an organizational system that groups submissions by a rating system
