May 2013 - Present Event Manager

DGTY Promotions was a project started by me with the purpose of organizing Electronic Dance Music events in Bulgaria by inviting International DJs to play in local clubs.

My responsibilities within the project included:
– Communication with Artist management & any other parties involved in the event;
– Preparing financial proposals to both Artist and Sponsors;
– Club Booking and Technical compliance management;
– Contract negotiation with Clubs & Artist, or any third party that had to be involved (e.g hardware providers, advertising sources);
– Hospitality management of Artist;
– Advertising on Social Media;
– Communication with ticket portals and sales management;
– Handled project budgets and in charge of processing all invoices;

As of 2015 the project is called Tranc3motion and its a people’s funded organization led by myself.

▪Deliver support of supplier -facing confidentiality agreements, policy letter agreements, equipment loan base agreements, and software evaluation agreements.
▪Deliver expertise in corporate and procurement policy knowledge related to routine agreements.
▪Negotiate contract terms, if necessary.
▪Follow up with legal & data privacy departments, if necessary.

Aside of the Routine Agreements responsibilities I have been involved in the work of other teams, supporting Africa, having the following responsibities:
▪Daily Purchase Requisition and Order management via SAP.
▪Daily issue tackling and clearing preventing purchase orders creation, highlighting issues to the responsible teams.
▪Daily management of order cancellation and alteration, ensuring purchase order information is accurate at all times (ship/lead dates, pricing, quantity, OEM information).
▪Daily liaise with Sourcing Buyers for source, price/quote validation, renegotiation and purchase order creation issue resolution as appropriate.

Savings Records by Procurement Buyers and ensure their validity and audit readiness.

Aside of my Procurement Contact Centre Agent responsibilities I was involved in a 8 months’ Six Sigma project having the following responsibilities:
▪Analyzing the team’s processes and highlighting areas to be improved.
▪Analyzing the team’s systems and highlighting possible development improvements.
▪Interlock with system administrators, system owners and developers identifying possibilities for improvements.
▪Obtaining financial & management approvals, if necessary.
▪Daily follow up ensuring issues preventing improvements on-time handling are duty cleared.
